His company makes pasta, noodles and cookies out of millets.

Shubham Tiwari, founder and director of Shahdol-based Granoxy Naturals Private Limited, welcomed the vision as a major opportunity for agriculture and food-processing sectors.
Granoxy Naturals produces value-added millet products such as pasta, noodles and cookies, along with ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat foods.
Tiwari said India is moving beyond exporting raw agricultural commodities toward value-added products that meet international standards.
He said manufacturing, food processing and artificial intelligence could prove to be game changers for India's economy and employment in the coming decade.
