Karthik says India must improve fielding ahead of 2027 World Cup

India lost to West Indies after the visitors chased down a target of 250.

Dinesh Karthik said dropped catches and poor positioning have been recurring problems for India.

A dropped catch of Sherfane Rutherford gave him another chance to score in the chase.

India’s new fielding coach faces pressure to improve the team before the 2027 ODI World Cup.
