TVF subsidiary signs deal to take over Ziraat Katılım and Halk Katılım
Türkiye’s sovereign wealth fund, known as TVF, plans to bring Ziraat Katılım and Halk Katılım under one roof.
On October 7, its wholly owned subsidiary signed agreements to acquire all shares in both state-backed participation finance institutions.
The agreements cover the transfers of their shares, with payment for them.
The transfers still require legal steps and regulatory approvals.
TVF aims to complete them by the end of 2026.
