Accor plans more than 24 hotels in Turkey by 2030
Accor, a hotel group with more than 45 brands, plans to open over 24 new hotels in Turkey by 2030.
The planned hotels would add more than 3,000 rooms and bring its total in the country to 20,000.
Accor currently operates more than 85 hotels across 14 Turkish cities, with 16,700 rooms.
Its expansion focus includes Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Gaziantep, Konya, Kayseri and the Black Sea region, as well as Istanbul and Antalya.
Accor says these areas offer opportunities because international hotel brands have a limited presence there.
