Japan to launch mission aiming to bring back a sample from Mars’s moon
Japan’s MMX spacecraft is due to launch on the 20th.
It will travel to Phobos, a moon of Mars, and try to collect a sample.
If successful, it would be the first mission to bring material from a Martian moon back to Earth.
Scientists hope the sample will help explain how the solar system formed.
