The Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) disposed of 2,086 of 2,368 grievances (88%), covering frozen bank accounts, debit freezes, liens and holds.
The Money Restoration Module (MRM) recorded 28,097 law-enforcement orders across 34,524 listed cases involving ₹16.42 crore, with refunds up to ₹50,000 per transaction available without an FIR or court order.
The Sahyog portal saw 20,070 of 22,447 flagged URLs removed or disabled (89.41%), while the Samanvaya portal completed 96.68% of interstate investigation requests.
