Pushkar Singh Dhami started a new program to give free online coaching to students in Uttarakhand.

The coaching will help students prepare for competitive examinations.

In its first phase, 11,000 students can receive support.

Eligible students come from government and aided colleges and state universities.

The program is meant to help students who cannot afford coaching or live far from good learning centers.

The government also says it wants recruitment examinations to be fair and transparent.
