Agni-5 Missile Themed Kanwar Draws Crowds During Sawan Yatra
Uttar Pradesh: Agni-5 Missile Themed Kanwar Draws Crowds During Sawan Yatra On Haridwar-Delhi Route · freepressjournal.in

During a special religious walk in India called the Sawan Kanwar Yatra, people carry decorated water pots called kanwars.

One group of about 25 to 30 people from Delhi made their kanwar look like a big Indian missile called the Agni-5.

They decorated it with military items, flags and bright LED lights.

Many people stopped along the road to take photos and videos because it looked so cool.

The people carrying it said they wanted to say thank you to the Indian Army and its brave soldiers.

Last year, the same group made a kanwar that looked like another missile called the BrahMos.

While walking, they chant "Har Har Mahadev" and "Bharat Mata Ki Jai".

Another person from Delhi made a kanwar with a statue of Bharat Mata and played patriotic songs using a DJ setup.

The trip goes from the holy city of Haridwar towards Delhi.
