A very important leader called the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh joined a special religious walk called the Sanskar Kanwar Yatra.

The walk happened in Jabalpur, in a place called Ranjhi.

The people on the walk are called Kanwariyas, and they carry pots called Kanwar on their shoulders.

The pots hold holy water from the Narmada river, which the devotees plan to offer to Lord Shiva.

The Chief Minister carried a Kanwar on his shoulders and walked with the crowd, and he even played a small drum called a damru.

He said the people's energy and devotion were like waves in the sea, and that it was the biggest walk of this kind he had ever seen.

He promised that his government would provide good facilities for the walkers at every stop and make places of worship better.

Many devotees danced to drums and chanted 'Bol Kanwariya Bol Bam' and 'Har Har Mahadev' as they walked together.
