Jantar Mantar Protester Takes Rape, Abduction Threats to Supreme Court
A woman student in India protested at a famous open place in Delhi called Jantar Mantar.
She and other students were upset about problems with a big school exam called NEET.
After the protests, some people started saying very scary things to the women who took part.
Some girls received horrible threats and their private information was shared online.
This made several women and their family members leave their own homes.
The woman went to the Supreme Court, the highest court in India, to ask for help and protection.
The top judge of the country, Surya Kant, agreed to hear her case on August 18.
Her lawyer said there are videos of the bad incidents, and some are so awful that they cannot even be talked about in court.
The lawyer also asked the court to create a special team to find the people making the threats.
The court will hear the case along with other cases connected to the student protests.

The protests, linked to the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)-associated student movement, stemmed from the NEET-UG paper leak and forced the resignation of education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
