Three Family Members Rescued From Stalled Lift In Bengaluru
A family of three was riding in an elevator in an apartment building in Bengaluru, India, when the elevator suddenly stopped working and got stuck.
The family could not get out by themselves.
One of them used a phone to call the emergency number 112, which is called Namma-112.
The rescue helpers were the Namma-112 team, the Hoysala police patrol, and the apartment's maintenance staff.
They all worked together to get the family out.
Police officers named Prakash and Sanjeev Kumar quickly arrived at the building.
They made sure the elevator was opened safely.
Luckily, nobody was hurt and the whole family was rescued.
The Bengaluru police said the rescue showed how quickly and well they respond to emergencies.
Everyone was happy and safe in the end.
