In the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, leaders opened a new service called the 'Thalli Bidda Express'.

This service helps mothers and their babies travel to the hospital for free.

Moms can call the special number 102 to ask for a ride.

A special vehicle will then come and take them safely to the hospital.

There are 18 of these vehicles ready to help people.

The government is spending crores of rupees on these improvements.

This includes building a new Mother and Child Care Centre with 700 beds.
