Some important people in the government want to make sure that mothers and their babies are safe.

A minister named Satya Kumar Yadav started a new service in a town called Narasaraopeta.

This service uses special cars called ambulances.

The ambulances are named 'Thalli Bidda Express,' which means mother and child.

When a woman is going to have a baby, these ambulances can take her to the government hospital.

After the baby is born, the ambulance brings the mother and the new baby back home.

The ambulances are very modern and comfortable.

They have air-conditioning, airbags, GPS tracking and a special SOS button for emergencies.

The government also wants to hire women as drivers for these ambulances.

More than 100 of these ambulances are starting now, and hundreds more are coming soon.
