Young Graduates Will Shape Viksit Bharat, Says PM Modi
On Saturday, the leader of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave a big speech at a graduation ceremony.
The ceremony was at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, one of India's most famous schools for science and engineering.
More than 3,000 students received their degrees, including 587 who earned PhDs.
Mr. Modi also switched on a new very powerful computer called Param Pragya.
This super-smart computer will help with artificial intelligence and science research.
He told the students that everything they do in the next 30 to 35 years will help India become a developed country, called 'Viksit Bharat'.
He said people who keep learning new things will be the successful ones.
He talked about big plans to help research, like giving up to Rs 1 lakh crore to science and letting everyone read top research magazines for free.
He also said it would have been nicer if there were more girls among the medal winners.
He asked the students to remember and thank their teachers, friends, and families who helped them.

The 'One Nation One Subscription' initiative gives researchers across India, including smaller towns, access to global research journals at no additional cost.
