Officials seized Rs 7.15 lakh in cash, including Rs 3.15 lakh from her vehicle and Rs 4 lakh from her residence.
Investigators detected Rs 63 lakh in deposits, one Bhubaneswar flat, a rod and cement godown, and a shop.
Five plots were also found in Bhubaneswar, Anugul and Dhenkanal districts.
The engineer joined government service in 2003 and was posted to Kendrapada’s Drainage Division in March.
