Strong Law and Order Key to Telangana's Growth: Revanth Reddy

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said maintaining robust law and order is the first big requirement for the development of any state, speaking after hoisting the national flag at Golconda Fort on Independence Day.
The state has established 'TG-SAFE' to tackle drug trafficking and food adulteration under a single umbrella, with dedicated legal, laboratory, and enforcement wings.
Telangana secured investments worth ₹1.29 lakh crore through TG-iPASS (over 78,000 jobs) and signed MoUs worth ₹5.75 lakh crore at the Telangana Rising Global Summit-2025.
Amazon announced an additional investment of $7 billion in Telangana, and IT exports reached ₹3.97 lakh crore in 2025-26 with direct IT employment at 12.14 lakh.
The government aims to transform Telangana into a one-trillion-dollar economy by 2034 and a three-trillion-dollar economy by 2047.
Development plans include the Regional Ring Road spanning about 360 km, Metro Rail phase 2 expansion of 122.9 km across seven corridors, and a ₹1,000 crore plan for Godavari Pushkaralu.
