Telangana CM: investment, infrastructure, jobs top priorities
On India's Independence Day, the leader of a state called Telangana gave a big speech.
His name is A Revanth Reddy, and he is the Chief Minister.
He spoke at a very old and famous fort called Golconda Fort.
In his speech, he talked about what his government wants to do next.
He said the most important things are bringing new businesses, building roads and trains, and creating jobs.
He said the state has already collected a lot of money from companies that want to build there.
This money is expected to create more than 78,000 new jobs for people.
He also told everyone that many big business deals were signed at a special meeting last year.
Companies that make computer software and technology are doing very well in the state.
A huge company called Amazon also said it will spend more money in Telangana.
The government is also planning new roads, a ring road around the big city of Hyderabad, and more metro trains.
All of this is to make Telangana a great place for businesses and workers.

The state secured ₹1.29 lakh crore in investments through TG-iPASS, expected to generate more than 78,000 jobs.
Memorandums of Understanding worth ₹5.75 lakh crore were signed at the Telangana Rising Global Summit-2025.
IT exports reached ₹3.97 lakh crore in 2025-26, with over 355 Global Capability Centres operating in Hyderabad.
Amazon announced an additional $7 billion investment in Telangana, while a 360-kilometre Regional Ring Road is planned around Hyderabad.
