Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy started several construction projects in Nalgonda.

The projects include a bridge and new roads.

Together, the two newly launched works cost Rs 23.85 crore.

The city is also getting an Outer Ring Road.

More roads and drains are being built inside the town.

The government is constructing 12 water tanks to improve drinking water supply.

Electricity substations, parks and crematoriums are also planned or being developed.

Officials said the improvements should help Nalgonda grow more quickly.
