Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka started several development projects in parts of the Madhira constituency.

The government says the projects together are worth ₹131.61 crore.

They will include better roads and cement-concrete streets.

Some villages will also receive improved drainage systems.

A new Government Nursing College will be built at Lachagudem.

Agricultural cooperative societies will get warehouses for storing crops.

A new Gram Panchayat building will also be built at Rapalli.

Officials said the projects should make everyday services better for people in rural areas.
