QCaaS Could Drive Next Phase of India's Quick Commerce Growth

QCaaS Could Drive Next Phase of India's Quick Commerce Growth
'QCaaS Will Drive the Next Phase of India's Quick Commerce Growth': In conversation with Mr. Madhav Kasturia, Founder & CEO, Zippee · republicworld.com

Imagine you want your favourite snacks or toys delivered super fast, almost like a magic delivery.

Some big apps made fast delivery popular, but only the app could keep your information and decide how the delivery feels.

Now, a company called Zippee is helping other brands offer that same super-fast delivery on their own websites.

This new helper service is called Quick Commerce as a Service, or QCaaS for short.

It lets brands like ITC and Haldiram's deliver things quickly without building their own big warehouses.

Because of this, brands sell more and get fewer returned packages.

Zippee also uses smart computer helpers, called AI agents, to make deliveries faster and better.

Soon, we might get fast delivery for lots of different things, like medicine, clothes and electronics.

This could change how we shop in India very soon.
