Indore Board Set to Approve Aerocity, Two Flyovers
The Indore Development Authority is planning new construction near Indore Airport.
The project is called an Aerocity and would cover about 25 acres.
It could include eight to 10 hotels, shops, offices and IT-related businesses.
A large convention centre may also be built with help from private companies.
Homes and other commercial buildings are part of the plan.
The project is linked to Scheme 172.
The authority is also considering two flyovers at important city intersections.
If the board approves them, construction companies can later be invited to submit bids.
