DKG Landcorp completed the acquisition of an adjoining six-acre parcel in Block E, GMADA Aerocity, on August 20, 2026.
The purchase increases the company’s Airport Chowk landholding from 6.28 acres to approximately 12.28 acres.
The site lies on the PR-7 airport corridor, about five minutes from Chandigarh International Airport.
The proposed project is planned to include residential, commercial, hospitality and wellness facilities.
Studio Symbiosis has been engaged for the architectural design, while final plans remain subject to further planning and approvals.
