Bhadrachalam MLA hails tribal role in preserving indigenous heritage
In a place called Bhadrachalam, an important leader named Tellam Venkat Rao gave a speech.
He is an MLA, which means he helps make decisions for his area.
He said tribal people are very special because they take care of forests and keep old traditions alive.
He remembered brave tribal heroes from long ago who fought for their people's rights.
Some of these heroes were Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
He promised that the government will help tribal families get land papers and better homes.
There will also be better water, schools, hospitals, and electricity in tribal areas.
A group called ITDA is helping tribal children study and giving job training to about 2,000 young people.

Bhadrachalam MLA Tellam Venkat Rao hailed tribal communities' unique role in preserving indigenous heritage at a World Tribal Day programme in Bhadrachalam.
He recalled tribal leaders and freedom fighters including Alluri Sitarama Raju, Ghanta Dora, Mallu Dora and Komaram Bheem, saying their struggles inspired generations.
The MLA said the government was committed to resolving land-related issues and issuing pattas to eligible poor tribal families.
ITDA Bhadrachalam was lauded for education initiatives such as 'Udeepakam' workbooks, with around 800 new students joining GPS schools this year.
ITDA Project Officer B Rahul said vocational training is being provided to around 2,000 unemployed tribal youth, and the agency is working to promote the Koya language.
