MHADA Mumbai Lottery 2026 Results: Check Draw Status for 2,640 Homes
A big government office called MHADA helps people in Mumbai buy homes.
Today it is holding a lottery to decide who gets to buy 2,640 homes.
This is a special draw because many more people want homes than there are homes available.
More than 97,000 people applied for a chance to win.
The lottery is happening at a big auditorium in an area called Bandra West.
People can watch the event online and check the results on MHADA's website.
The homes are in many parts of Mumbai, like Vikhroli, Goregaon, Chembur, and Dadar.
Some of the cheapest homes cost around ₹29 lakh, while the most expensive one costs ₹6.82 crore.
Only people who paid a deposit could take part in the draw.
If someone's name is picked, they get the chance to buy the home.
MHADA's Mumbai Board computerized lottery for 2,640 tenements is scheduled for 06 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.
The draw will be held at Rangsharda Auditorium in Bandra West, Mumbai, and results will be published on MHADA's official website.
MHADA received 97,613 applications between 30 March and 28 May 2026, of which 247 were rejected.
A total of 69,526 applicants had transferred Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) to MHADA by 29 May 2026.
Most apartments are priced between ₹2 crore and ₹4 crore, with the costliest at ₹6.82 crore in Tardeo and EWS homes in Mankhurd and Goregaon starting around ₹29 lakh and ₹32 lakh.
