MHADA Opens Registration for Eight Mumbai Amenity Plots Under FCFS
MHADA is offering eight plots of land in Mumbai.
People can apply online to try to receive a plot.
The plots are in several MHADA colonies, including Malad-Malvani and Vikhroli.
The plots will be given using a First Come, First Served system.
This means applications are considered in the order they are received under the scheme.
The process has three phases.
The first phase starts on August 25, 2026, and later phases begin in September and October.
Applicants must provide documents and pay an Earnest Money Deposit.
MHADA opened online registration on August 20, 2026, for eight amenity plots in Mumbai.
The plots are located in Malad-Malvani, Tagore Nagar-Vikhroli, Kannamwar Nagar-Vikhroli, Gorai and Akurli.
Allotment will occur through three First Come, First Served phases, with unallotted plots carried forward.
The first, second and third phases begin on August 25, September 20 and October 15, respectively.
Applicants must upload required documents and pay the applicable Earnest Money Deposit through MHADA’s online portal.
