East Godavari Holds Special Electoral Roll Campaign Days
East Godavari district is checking and updating its voter list.
Special help days will take place on August 22 and 23.
Officials will be present at polling stations from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
People can check whether their names and details are correct.
New voters can apply using Form-6.
Form-8 is for correcting or changing voter information.
Form-7 can be used to object to or remove a name.
Officials will also look for names of people who are ineligible or deceased.
Special Intensive Revision campaign days will be held across East Godavari district on August 22 and 23.
Booth Level Officers will be available at polling stations in all eight Assembly constituencies from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Form-6 will be used for new voter enrolment, Form-8 for corrections, and Form-7 for objections or deletions.
Officials will help verify voter details and examine names of ineligible or deceased voters under election rules.
Collector Kirti Chekuri warned of disciplinary action against absent Booth Level Officers and supervisors without prior permission.
