Nellore Announces Special Camps Over SIR Claims, Objections
Nellore will hold special voter-registration camps on August 22 and 23.
The camps will be open from 10 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
at every polling station.
Booth Level Officers and Booth Level Agents will help people.
Voters can check the draft voter lists.
They can also ask to be added, correct information, object to an entry, or request a deletion.
Special guidance will be available for people aged 18 and 19.
YSRCP said some election workers did not follow the correct procedures.
The District Collector said the voter-counting work was mostly completed and that there were no irregularities.
The camps were arranged after complaints and directions from the Election Commission of India.
Special camps will be held at all Nellore polling stations on August 22 and 23.
The camps will operate from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with BLOs and Booth Level Agents present.
Voters can seek inclusion, corrections, objections or deletions using Forms 6, 7 and 8.
