In Tirupati, a city in India, there is a very famous temple trust called Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, usually called TTD.

A leader who helps make decisions for the city, named M Gurumoorthy, said that some workers there are being treated unfairly.

He says workers from two special groups do not get the promotions they deserve.

He also says these workers do not get the same chances to start small businesses.

There are more than 10,000 empty jobs that have not been filled, so the workers who are there have too much to do.

He said these workers are not even invited to important meetings.

An important visitor came to check on fairness, and Gurumoorthy said the temple officials did not follow the right rules for his visit.

Gurumoorthy wants the government to protect everyone's rights.

He believes all workers should be treated the same and fairly.
