ACB Registers Separate Disproportionate-Assets Case Against TTD Deputy Executive Officer

The Anti-Corruption Bureau is investigating whether M. Lokanadham owned more property and valuables than his known income could explain.

Lokanadham is a deputy executive officer at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.

The investigation began after the Central Bureau of Investigation shared information from its laddu ghee case.

ACB officers searched four places in Tirupati.

They found property papers, bank deposits, gold, silver and cash.

Some properties were registered in the names of Lokanadham’s wife and family members.

The assets found so far may be worth about Rs 5 crore.

The ACB says it will finish checking the documents and compare the assets with his income before announcing final details.
