Dr RV Kumar Completes Three-Year SVIMS Tenure, Cites Service Blessing
Dr RV Kumar finished three years as a leader at SVIMS.
The institute held a programme to thank and honour him.
He said serving there and helping patients was a blessing.
He also said funding from the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams increased to Rs 130 crore.
New faculty recruitment has been completed.
More medical, support and office staff are still being appointed.
A service called SVIMS Seva was started to help patients.
Kumar asked the staff to keep working hard to improve the hospital.
Dr RV Kumar completed his three-year tenure as Director cum Vice Chancellor of SVIMS.
SVIMS faculty members felicitated Kumar on Wednesday after his tenure ended.
He said financial assistance from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams rose to Rs 130 crore during his tenure.
Faculty recruitment was completed, while appointments for medical, paramedical and administrative posts remain under way.
Kumar highlighted the launch of SVIMS Seva and the continued success of Srivari Vaidya Seva.
