Masked Thief Steals Rs 14-Crore Gold From Mathura Jewellery Shop
A masked man allegedly broke into a jewellery shop in Mathura.
He entered through the roof at about 9:30 pm on Sunday.
He stayed inside for almost eight hours.
He left around 5:30 am with gold and cash.
The stolen gold weighed more than 10 kilograms.
It was reportedly worth Rs 14 crore, and nearly Rs 14 lakh in cash was also taken.
The thief also took the shop’s CCTV recorder.
Police are studying nearby camera footage and checking whether a former employee helped.
