Pawan Kalyan lauds handloom weavers on National Handloom Day
National Handloom Day is a special day to celebrate people who make cloth by hand.
A leader named Pawan Kalyan, who helps run the state of Andhra Pradesh in India, said thank you to these weavers.
He said every handloom product shows the culture and spirit of India.
He asked everyone to buy and wear handloom clothes to help the weavers.
Under a plan called 'Netanna Sevalo', weavers get free electricity and 25,000 rupees to help them.
Pawan Kalyan is the brand ambassador of handloom and he is happy about that.
His political party has a special team just to help weavers.
The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, also sent a video message about handlooms.
He asked young people and content creators to wear handloom clothes and make videos about them.
