Dubai-Based Man Missing After Landing at Pune Airport
Mohammed Afzal works in the UAE and was travelling to Delhi.
He took an Air India Express flight on July 30.
His family expected him to arrive in Delhi at night.
But he did not reach Delhi.
The family later learned that he had landed at Pune Airport.
They looked for him and contacted people who might know where he was.
His brother reported him missing to the police on August 2.
Police are now trying to find Afzal and understand what happened.
Mohammed Afzal, who works in the UAE, reportedly went missing while travelling to Delhi.
He booked Air India Express flight IX-284 for July 30, with Delhi arrival scheduled for about 11:15 p.m.
Afzal reportedly did not reach Delhi, and his family later learned he had landed at Pune Airport.
His brother, Mohammed Faisal, contacted Viman Nagar police after searches of the airport and other locations failed.
A missing-person complaint was filed on August 2, and police are investigating Afzal’s whereabouts.
