Bhatti felicitates freedom fighters, distributes ration cards in Khammam

Every year, countries celebrate the day they became independent.

In India, Independence Day falls on August 15th.

On this day, leaders raise the flag and thank the people who helped the country become free.

In the Khammam district, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarku Mallu led the celebrations.

He gave certificates of appreciation to freedom fighters and government workers.

He also gave out special Digital Smart Ration Cards to families.

These cards let many families get free rice every month.

The leader shared plans for new hospitals and praised the district's schools.

Students sang and danced, and government departments showed their work in parades.
