Kudumbashree Onam Sales Generate Rs 44.89 Crore Turnover
Kudumbashree is a women-led group in Kerala that helps people earn money.

The total was Rs 4.45 crore higher than the Rs 40.44 crore recorded during last year’s Onam sales.
Onam marketing fairs generated Rs 27.01 crore, while feasts brought Rs 2.64 crore and Onam kits generated Rs 5.17 crore.
Flower and vegetable sales under the Onakkani and Nirappolima initiatives earned women farmers Rs 10.07 crore.
The initiatives involved 43,613 micro-enterprise units, 27,509 farmer groups and fairs at state, district and CDS levels.
