External forces targeting youths; only PM Modi can solve problems
In India, there is a state called Odisha, and its leader is a man named Mohan Charan Majhi.

People who want government jobs in Odisha will now get more chances to take the test, even if they fail many times before.
If a government worker passes away, their family can get a job, and thousands of new jobs are being created.
Students in classes 9 and 10 at government schools will get free books, just like younger students already do.
The leader hopes these steps will help young people build a strong and developed India.

At a state-level event marking the 80th Independence Day in Bhubaneswar, the CM made five major announcements.
The government removed the maximum limit of six chances for the state civil service exam, allowing aspirants to appear until the upper age limit.
Other announcements included compassionate recruitment creating three lakh jobs in two to three years (extending to 20 lakh in five years) and free textbooks for classes 9 and 10 in state-run schools.
