RISE Centre Helps Rural Women Turn Skills Into Businesses

In a village in Andhra Pradesh, there is a special learning centre called RISE.

It helps women who want to start their own small businesses.

Recently, the district leader visited a fair at the centre and saw 27 stalls full of things the women made.

So far, about 5,000 women have been helped by the centre.

Women learn new skills, even how to use artificial intelligence.

They also learn about food safety certificates and digital selling.

Women who have succeeded now teach and help other women.
