Railways Announce Train Cancellations Amid Agasod Yard Remodelling
Railway workers will change the tracks and yard at Agasod station.
This work is connected to building a third railway line toward Bina and on part of the Jhansi Division.
Because of the work, some trains will not run on certain days.
Other trains will take different routes.
Some trains will skip stops such as Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Bhopal or Bina.
Two trains will start several hours later than planned.
Three more trains may be delayed while travelling.

North Central Railway will alter train services in September and October 2026 for Agasod yard remodelling.
KSR Bengaluru–Lalkua Express services will be fully cancelled on specified dates between September 26 and October 13.
Tamil Nadu Superfast Express trains will be diverted and will skip Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi.
Andaman Express and Sampark Kranti services will depart four and five hours late, respectively.
Several other trains will be diverted or delayed by one to one-and-a-half hours during the work.
