Officials were told to fill tanks under the Manchukonda Lift Irrigation Scheme and begin the long-pending Bugga Vagu lift irrigation works.
Munnuru river protection wall works, including land, drainage and rehabilitation formalities, should be completed before the next monsoon.
The cable bridge, medical college hostel and administrative building were ordered to be expedited, with the bridge targeted for handover in November.
Officials must prepare a rabi crop plan, complete Velugumatla Colony infrastructure by November 21 and develop a 10-year electricity plan for Khammam city.
