Kodad Mega Job Mela Shortlists 5,725 Candidates From 30,000
A large job fair was held in Kodad on September 19.
About 30,000 young people came to look for work.
Companies interviewed candidates for jobs in many different fields.
There were 360 companies at the event.
These companies shortlisted 5,725 candidates.
People came from Suryapet, Nalgonda, Yadadri-Bhongir, Khammam and Bhadradri-Kothagudem districts.
The fair was started to help young people from rural areas find private-sector jobs.
Leaders said it made it easier for graduates to meet employers close to home.
