Nearly 11 Lakh Delhi Voters Deleted Before SIR
Delhi removed nearly 11 lakh names from its voter list between January 2025 and June 2026.
This happened before a larger voter-list checking exercise called the Special Intensive Revision, or SIR.
Some people said they did not know their names had been removed.
Because their names were missing, they did not receive the forms needed for the SIR process.
