Modi's big youth push: AI training, free coaching

The leader of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave a big speech from the Red Fort on Independence Day.

He talked a lot about young people and how important they are for India's future.

He said India wants to become a very developed country by the year 2047.

To help with this, the government will teach one crore young people — that is ten million people — new skills in artificial intelligence, which is how computers can learn to do smart things.

He also said the government will give free online classes to help students get ready for big exams, so families do not have to pay for expensive coaching.

He told everyone that India has opened many new universities and that there are more medical seats now than before.

He invited young people to help with the Census, which is when the country counts all of its people.

The leader said India is also becoming a great place for foreign universities and students.

It is all part of the plan to make India strong and developed.
