Traya Hair Test Report: 3 in 10 Indian Men Are Not Sleeping Well, and Their Hair Shows It · theprint.in

A big study called the Traya Hair Test Report asked almost five lakh men in India about their hair and their daily habits.

One thing it learned is that many Indian men do not sleep well.

About 3 out of every 10 men said they have some trouble sleeping.

Men in southern Indian cities like Chennai, Coimbatore and Hyderabad sleep the worst.

In Chennai, nearly one in three men has disturbed sleep.

Men in smaller northern cities like Jodhpur, Patna, Jaipur and Varanasi sleep much better.

Fewer than one in five men there have disturbed sleep.

Big cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune and Delhi are somewhere in the middle.

The report shows that men in fast-growing, busy cities seem to sleep worse.

It does not say exactly why, but it says sound sleep in India now follows geography.
