TTD Chairman directs elaborate arrangements for Sri Varalakshmi Vratam
People in India celebrate many special festivals, and one of them is called Sri Varalakshmi Vratam.
It is a day when women pray to the goddess Lakshmi for good fortune.
This year, the festival will happen on August 21.
It will take place at a famous temple called Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple in Tiruchanur.
Thousands of women devotees are expected to visit the temple.
The temple leaders want everyone to be comfortable and safe while praying.
They will arrange drinking water, free food, medical help, and clean bathrooms.
They will also decorate the temple with flowers and pretty lights.
The chairman, BR Naidu, met with temple officials and priests to make sure everything is ready.
His goal is for every devotee to have a peaceful and happy festival experience.
TTD Chairman BR Naidu directed officials to make elaborate arrangements for the Sri Varalakshmi Vratam festival at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple in Tiruchanur on August 21.
Temple officials and priests met Naidu at his camp office in Tirumala on Wednesday to formally extend an invitation to the festival.
Planned arrangements include drinking water, continuous Annaprasadam distribution, queue management, medical assistance counters, traffic regulation, and round-the-clock sanitation.
The temple complex and Asthana Mandapam will be decorated with vibrant floral displays and thematic lighting to elevate the spiritual ambience.
Deputy Executive Officer Harendranath presented silk garments and the official invitation, while priests rendered Vedic chants and blessed the Chairman and his spouse.
Naidu emphasized that the primary goal is for every woman devotee to experience a peaceful and spiritually fulfilling atmosphere.
