Government Cuts Grievance Resolution Time From 28 Days To 14
The government has an online system called CPGRAMS for people to report problems with government services.
It now handles about 22 lakh complaints each year.
On average, the Central government takes 14 days to close a complaint, compared with 28 days in 2019.
In June 2026, officials closed nearly two lakh complaints.
