Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav started a programme called the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan.

It is meant to help solve people’s complaints and old applications.

Officials began working faster after the chief minister visited districts.

The number of Public Services Guarantee Act applications waiting for action went down.

Complaints made through the CM Helpline also fell sharply.

Very old cases, including those pending for more than 100 days, decreased too.
