St George School Students Take Out Tiranga Rally in Karimnagar
On Friday, students from a school in Karimnagar went on a special walk called a Tiranga Rally.
The rally was organised by St. George International School.
The students walked from their school to the Kothapally–Ranipuram Road.
They carried a very long National Flag that was 100 metres long.
People in the town heard the students shouting patriotic slogans like 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and 'Vande Mataram'.
A police officer named Sri Billa Koteswar was the chief guest of the event.
The Chairman of the school, Dr. P Fathima Reddy, also joined the rally.
He told everyone to remember the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters.
He said everyone should work together for the unity and development of the nation.
The rally helped teach the students to love their country and feel proud of it.
