Chhota Rajan Sentenced to 7 Years for Passport Forgery
Chhota Rajan is a well‑known gangster in India.
He tried to get an Indian passport by pretending to be someone else named Vijaya Kadam and used fake school and ration card papers.
The police investigated for 22 years and found out he did this.
A special court in Chennai gave him a 7‑year jail sentence.
He is already in Tihar Jail in New Delhi, where he is serving a life sentence for other crimes.
He was also cleared of a separate case where he was accused of threatening a builder, because the evidence was not strong enough.
