Harshvardhan Rane to Headline Ram Gopal Varma's 'Police Company'
A new Indian movie called 'Police Company' is being made.

Back then, a powerful gangster named Dawood Ibrahim left Mumbai to live in Dubai.
He put his friend Chhota Rajan in charge of his gang, called D Company.

Crime grew so big that the Mumbai Police created a special squad.
That squad stopped more than 300 gangsters between 1997 and 2004.
Actor Rane will play Daya Nayak, a real police officer from that squad.
The movie company T-Series is producing the film, and more actors will be announced soon.

Quotes
Harshvardhan Rane
Lead actor in Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming film
“This picture was taken during our first look test and I got an immediate glimpse of how RGV sir’s mind works. He doesn’t just tell you what a character is feeling; he breaks down the psychology behind every emotion and action. With Daya Nayak, I’m looking forward to shedding my own assumptions and allowing RGV sir’s maverick process to take me somewhere.”

“My NEXT film’s NAME being produced by T SERIES is .. POLICE COMPANY. With the tagline ‘It Is More Dangerous Than D Company’. The police is an institution, and an underworld company is a money‑making organisation.. But when an institution is given extra powers, it will soon become a company.”
