Sadly, 101 people have passed away because of the floods and heavy rain.

Many families, about 14,000 of them, have been affected by the water.

That is around 52,000 people whose lives have been changed by the flood.

When water got inside their homes, some people stayed on upper floors to stay safe.

Other people moved to special camps set up by the government.

About 1,300 people are now living in these camps.

Helpers and rescue workers are trying to keep everyone safe.

The floodwaters are still rising, so people are hoping the rain will stop soon.
